Shop to Help

Donating new products from our Wish List helps ensure that The Violence Prevention Center can provide survivors of domestic  violence and their children with the basic necessities they so often must leave behind.  Your contributions and efforts empower survivors to move forward with their lives safely and with confidence.

Due to limited storage space, we can only accept used clothing and household items through The Shelter Shop.  Survivors can pick up any necessities they need at the Shelter Shop.

  • Gas Cards

  • Gift Cards

  • African American Hair Products

  • Leggings (all sizes needed)

  • Pillows

  • Bedding (twin & full)

  • Bath Towels

  • Wash Cloths

  • Underwear (all sizes & genders needed)

  • Comfortable Bras

  • Kid Friendly Snacks

  • Body Wash

  • Pasta

  • Canned Meat (Tuna, Chicken, etc)

  • Quick & Easy Meals

  • Slippers (all sizes for men & women)

  • Sweat Shirts & Pants (larger sizes for men & women)​

  • Men's Hygiene Items

All donations can be left at the Shelter Shop, 19 Bellevue Plaza, Belleville IL or e-mail us for other arrangements.
